Dear Resident,

In order to simplify the completion of your Move-In Condition Report, the following grading scale should be used:

• A - New/Excellent Condition
• B - Good/Above Average Condition
• C - Standard/Average Condition
• D - Fair/Below Average Condition
• E - Poor Condition/Needs Repair
• F - Replacement Requested
• G - Damaged, but NO ACTION REQUIRED

Please submit completed paperwork to our office within 10 (ten) days of your move-in date.

*Remember, should you have any pest control issues upon move-in, the office must be notified within 14 days from your move-in date to remedy the issue. Should it fall after the 14 day move-in period you will be responsible for any pest control issues that arise during occupancy (this excludes termites, The Property Manager will handle termite related issues).
